Drum Lessons - All Levels Alan D'Allessandro, drummer for over 4 decades is now taking on students again. Alan began playing drums in March 1966 and continues today. Bands Alan has played with: SMOKE 1975-1976, WINDOPANE 1976-1981, RISING SUN 1981-1983, THE GRIP 1984, THE CAST 1984-1992, and THE JENNY PROJECT 2002. Also did some off and on jamming with SAM CRUD, and UNCLE WALLY. Now with BOOTSY & DA FUNK since 2009. Took some time off between 1992-2002 from playing the local club scene but continued to play and teach. Now having more fun then ever playing in BOOTSY & DA FUNK with some of the best musicians in Central Mass. Alan still jams with long time best friend Mike Gianfriddo whom he met when aduditioning for the band SMOKE in 1975, in which Mike was the lead guitar player. |
